Terms of Use

The Health Framework is an educational and organizational tool for researching and building your own wellness protocols. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See our medical & AI disclaimer before relying on anything the app shows you.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.

You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account — see our Privacy Policy for what that removes.

• Premium features are offered on a subscription basis, purchased through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on platform.
• Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel, manage or request a refund for a subscription through the store you subscribed with (App Store or Play Store account settings), subject to that store's own policies — we cannot process refunds directly for store purchases.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change affects you.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm others.
• Attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the service.
• Share protocols, in the community area, that you know to be unsafe or intentionally misleading.
• Reverse-engineer or resell access to the app.

You own the protocols, notes and other content you create. If you choose to share a protocol publicly to the community library, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app to other users; you can stop sharing it at any time, and deleting your account removes your attribution from any content that remains in the library.

Research, protocol suggestions, chat responses and insights are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) based on your inputs. This content is provided "as is," may contain errors, and is not reviewed by a clinician before it reaches you. You're responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content — AI-generated or otherwise — is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Health Framework is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any health outcome resulting from following a protocol built or discovered using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Health Framework is operated by Altenburger Webworks, Aadorf, Switzerland.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required, by additional notice in the app.
