Medical & AI Disclaimer

Last updated: August 25, 2026

In an emergency, don't use this app.

Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room. The Health Framework is not designed or intended for use in a medical emergency.

Not medical advice

The Health Framework provides educational information about supplements, herbs, foods, lifestyle practices and general wellness — organized so you can research, build and track your own protocol. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment, and has not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulator. Nothing in the app is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, herb, diet, or lifestyle protocol — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

AI-generated content

Research summaries, protocol suggestions, chat responses and insights in the app are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic), not written or reviewed by a licensed clinician, herbalist, or nutritionist before you see them. AI-generated content can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Treat it as a starting point for your own research and conversation with a healthcare provider — not as a verified clinical source.

Interaction & safety checks

Where the app flags a possible interaction or safety concern, that check is indicative, not exhaustive. It's based on the health context you've provided and general information about the items in your protocol, and it can miss real interactions or raise false ones. It does not replace a review by a pharmacist or physician who knows your full medical history.

Evidence traditions

The app presents information from multiple traditions — including conventional/scientific evidence, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Ayurveda — side by side, so you can compare perspectives. Presenting a traditional or historical use alongside scientific evidence is not a claim that it is equally well-substantiated; the strength-of-evidence indicators in the app reflect that distinction.
